Prelude to a Grill

Red Onion tossed with Olive Oil and Savory, Asparagus marinating in Garlic Olive Oil, Yellow Peaches -- a few for grilling and a few to be turned into this!

Summer's bounty never ceases to amaze me, and I really can't get enough of our tiny little grill. It's small, but it can cook a mean Mesquite Chicken like it's doing tonight as well as crisp up a veritable buffet of fantastic produce.

Can you hear my stomach growling from where you are sitting?
