This week the garden and its bounty are dominating the side dishes. Our house is overrun with zucchini, squash, lemon cucumbers, regular cucumbers, spaghetti squash, basil (RESURRECTION!), and we even have some gorgeous tomatoes that are ready to be eaten! I barely had to buy produce. I'm so excited to have fresh, awesome produce right in my backyard.

OMG, brunch is next Sunday! YES.
Also, when I'm at your house, don't be offended if I give you the hairy dog eye about how good your garden looks. Mine is PITIFUL. A couple cherry tomatoes here and there, but NO squash, no peppers, NOTHING. It is just not the year of the garden for me. I'm totally blaming LG for this one.
Oh, Holly. I have just started trying to low-carb it this week, and your meal plan is SO helpful. Everything you're making sounds great, and I am so grateful for the inspiration!
We're a few weeks behind you in the ripening department (Midwest), but getting close! Basil has been ready for awhile, but the cucumbers and squash are tiny. I have huge green tomatoes though...maybe next week they'll be ready! Your meal plans sound wonderful.
