And not because I am so cultured I am above all that pop culture nonsense, it's because I live under a rock. A rock under which NPR is piped 24 hours a day, but even still I don't know anything because I don't pay attention to it. :)

Sometimes I also listen to Harry Potter audio books.

ANYWAY. I love this post and you are awesome.Dr. Maureenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17212098874323500022noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27705709.post-27945794737941671652011-05-04T19:11:50.121-07:002011-05-04T19:11:50.121-07:00I’ll occasionally listen to Matchbox 20’s 'You...I’ll occasionally listen to Matchbox 20’s 'Yourself or Someone Like You' because it pisses Holly off. My only real complaint with the album is that the mug on the cover looks NOTHING like me, which is distracting. I’ll get deep and ask her what ole Bobby (that’s what his bros call him) was getting at when he wrote the lyrics for a particular song… she ignores me so I crank it up real loud and go back to trying on ladies jeans (yup, “ladies” jeans). Does one lead to the other? And for the record I can cinch my way into a size 10 if I skip a meal or two. #AttainableGoalsGarretthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07707736386820451938noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27705709.post-61654984420819871922011-05-04T18:24:33.226-07:002011-05-04T18:24:33.226-07:00I love that song. The hate I have for overplayed songs usually wears off after a couple years.Jessicahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16261907052119379241noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27705709.post-46959477222004197742011-05-04T16:17:42.509-07:002011-05-04T16:17:42.509-07:00I did have to click on it but just to confirm it -...I did have to click on it but just to confirm it - and... yup, it was that song I was thinking of. Love thinking of inlaws driving up in a minivan rocking that song hard. So freaking funny.
Nice tie in to perspective. I think you are going to be an awesome parent when you decide to do it.Ericahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16000855909928637073noreply@blogger.com
