I recently been playing around with baking the paleo way and it's been like a roller coaster ride. Baked some brownies, banana bread, bread, muffins, and recently chocolate chip cookies. Ours was:<br /><br />Run 400m<br />Then<br />21-15-9<br />body rows<br />squats<br />pushups<br />Run 400m<br /><br />Day 1: took me 19:41<br />After 5 months: 9:08. <br /><br />I couldn't even run the 400 the first day.<br /><br />You're kicking some ass.
